I like the response time for support but you guys need to add live chat because there are times immediate intervention needed for critical issues is needed as any seconds passing by with issues on server is money . Secondly, you need to also make available automatic service downgrade . Its easy to just upgrade from one plan to another and it should be same to downgrade, not having to start from afresh deleting the whole plan just to downgrade.

Hello Our website have already direct chat, you can find it when you visit our website at https://peramix.com. we are giving our customers epic support which is the best in the market while our products prices are the most lower in the market for the same specifications. You can find our support on website chat, client area ticketing & social media. Downgrading your VPS package or decrease your disk size will require us to take back part of your disk, we cannot control which part to take back since we do not know your data and also this process will be done automatically. To avoid destroying your system, we do not do disk decrease or package downgrade
