Fast shipping, great prices and wide selection. These are great treats, especially for dogs that are on a lower calorie diet. They are only 2 calories each!

I tried to change my subscription on the website & could not, so I contacted customer service & asked them to remove the item from my monthly subscription. After claiming they had addressed my concern, I discovered, they had not. My order arrived, with the item I had asked to be removed AND THEY BILLED me. Something that should have taken 1 email to FIX, took a month & a half to straighten out with quite a bit of ATTITUDE from the "customer service" person & they NEVER offered to CREDIT my account for the UNWANTED item.

We’re truly sorry to hear about your experience and the difficulty you had updating your subscription. This isn’t the level of service we aim to provide. We appreciate you sharing these details so we can review how this happened and continue improving both our communication and subscription management process. Your feedback helps us do better, and we sincerely apologize for the frustration this caused.
