The on line tech person was able to help me restart my periodic shipments of Rx dog food. She also helped me scale down the order, since my dog is older and eating less. The only issue was where the delivery guy left the box, but that is not the doing of Pet Flow.

Pet flow has been great for 15 years, but the recent 30% increase without a hint was a bit of a surprise. I had to switch suppliers, due to that increase.

You canceled my order and I was never informed. This was a prescription cat food, and I needed to find an alternative if you couldn't fill my order.

We’re very sorry for the frustration this caused. It looks like your vet didn’t approve the prescription, which prevented us from being able to ship it. We agree that better communication could have helped here and are working on improving how we notify customers when this happens.
