I needed a replacement phone case adapter for my Backbone One ver 2, because I lost the original. Not only did the company quickly respond and ship one to me, to my surprise they didn't charge me anything! Really great customer service.

The build quality is great! It's a great mobile- experience. However, there is one significant drawback that I can't overlook: not a single phone case fits my Backbone. This has been a persistent issue that dampens an otherwise great product. Every time I want to use the Backbone, I have to remove my phone case, which is quite inconvenient and leaves my phone vulnerable to potential damage.

This company ships defective products. Brand new right out of the box doesn’t work. Customer service had no idea how to fix it either so I just had to return it for a refund.

Once the product was ordered, BackBone fulfilled the order quickly. I appreciated their professionalism and efficiency. I am familiar with the Backbone One (for IOS and Android) and enjoyed the mobility of the game platform. I play Destiny 2 on it. Until Backbone, Destiny 2 was solely a desktop game (...for me). The screen view is small but clear.

El gamepad es genial con warzone mobile practicamente es indispensable para jugadores de mando , llevo mi experiencia de juego q otro nivel , la app engloba todos los juegos a la perfección , no tener lag es magnifico, tuve una falla con mi dispositivo y por nulo alcance de soporte técnico en mi región no podia llevarlo a reclamar mi garantía, los muchachos de soporte técnico jake y kurt en todo momento buscaron una opción para darme una solucion y lo hicieron , sin dudas la empresa piensa en el usuario en el producto la calidad y la atención , no habia tenido una atencion tan seria y dedicada antes !
