Purchase was smooth and quick delivery. I needed to return due to it being a duplicate gift, Lloyd in the customer service department was extremely helpful and dealt with my query efficiently. I would have no hesitation recommending this company.

Ridiculously overpriced pieces of plastic with buttons and joysticks (€119.99 for regular version, €225.95 for Pro version). Requires hidden, overpriced subscription with hidden pricing (couldn't find it anywhere on their website, not even on the page where they claim "you can find the current list of prices", it lists no prices, I had to Google it to find out it's a ridiculous €49.99/year) to be fully utilized and used with anything other than a phone (!). Fake reviews.

I purchased a backbone through a third party who offered a perk that was not received. Besides the backbone itself being the best purchase for easy play and great compatibility, backbone gave me the perk I was missing. Great product and amazing customer service!!!

I had a new controller, but phone audio stopped working within months, headphone jack or Bluetooth would still work. I contacted support and was sent a new controller at no cost, great support!
