Ordered 3 rings, very poor quality delivered and customer service don't agree to refund me, against european trade laws, RUN!!!!!!

I ordered a Mother's Day gift in March. In April, it had yet to arrive. When I contacted the company, they immediately sent a replacement. The item arrived 3 days before Mother's Day, and it was the wrong style and color from what I ordered. I have requested a full refund to resolve this issue. The company has now started to not reply to my emails. Very disappointed and frustrated! I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau.

Fraudulent, products never arrived, fake tracking provided, under investigation in Colorado

Ordered an item back in December, and have been waiting for, for months. The tracking kept showing that it was on its way (and it was confusing as the tracking showed that the item was coming from Italy, but obviously the item was coming from China). 4 months later I contacted the company with the tracking number that shows the item still in transit (4 months later), and the company responded with entirely different tracking showing that the item was delivered 2 months ago (it was not). I do not have good faith in this company any longer.

SO glad I didn't spend too much money. They have shipped my order three times in the past four months, supposedly. I doubt that anything was ever shipped, and they will not refund my payment.

If I could give less than 1 star I would! I paid extra for expedited shipping and still haven’t received my product after 4 weeks! Paid for shipping insurance and requested a refund but have not had a response! Not happy with the service would never use them again!

Bought two portable candle lanterns for € 70 including shipping, Both arrived with glass and in unusable condition. I complained several times and was offered $ 8 compensation first, then $ 12. By German consumer laws they have to take back the goods and compensate me fully
