False shipping statements, lack of customer service. Would not buy from this company again.

A 2nd follow up review. I finally received this order on Jan 24, 50 days after ordering, and instead of the finished product as pictured on their website, they sent me a BOX OF PARTS!!! I'm supposed to sew all of these little characters myself!?!? Nowhere on their website does it say anything about assembly required. I've instituted a fraud complaint with Visa and I'm sure I will get my money back in the end but please do yourself a favor and avoid these fools.

purchased stitching transfers on December 6th, as of December 27th still waiting on product. tracking information shows on emails product left Ireland and now getting tracking information product left China?? I believe this company is a scam and have filed complaint with PayPal to get full refund, today I will file a complaint with the FTC
