Was a little confused at first, but the Pompa people we’re easy to reach and help me through the process.  very happy.

This is going to be a longer review because I know there are people out there, just like me, who are desperately searching for answers. If you're struggling with mystery symptoms, I hope this helps you overcome any hesitations you have. I’m six months into the Pompa program, which means I’ve had plenty of time to analyze the integrity of the company, the knowledge and reliability of my health coach, and, most importantly, whether this program actually delivers real results when followed properly. The answer to all three? Absolutely. Before this program, I had already tried liver cleanses, colon cleanses, and every detox trend out there. Some brought temporary relief, but nothing truly lasted. Meanwhile, I was still dealing with crippling anxiety, brain fog, fatigue, and a list of other symptoms that left doctors scratching their heads for as long as I can remember. Nothing seemed to stick, until I discovered two things that actually made a difference. The first had nothing to do with Dr. Pompa’s program—upper cervical chiropractic. A massive misalignment in my C1 & C2 vertebrae was wreaking havoc on my nervous system. After adjustments, I finally saw relief from some of my worst symptoms. This was a complete game-changer for me, and it got me to about 50% of where I wanted to be. Even after upper cervical care, I knew something deeper was still at play. Some symptoms were still lingering, and I just wasn’t waking up feeling optimal. After about a year of researching Dr Pompa, I finally committed to the program. The teachings, supplements, and protocols took me from 50% to 85-90%, and I feel better than I have ever felt in my life (and I’m 32). Waking up exhausted, foggy, and drained wasn’t the life I wanted. I knew I needed to do something different, and this program gave me the foundation to finally feel like myself FOR THE FIRST TIME! I used to think healing was about doing one thing and being "fixed". But what I learned is that real healing is a process. For the first time, I feel like I have control over my health instead of just reacting to symptoms. I’m no longer stuck guessing and I have a clear roadmap to continue healing. My health coach, Stephanie, was always there to answer questions. And if she didn’t have the answer, she would reach out to another coach with more expertise on the subject. That kind of support and honesty in this realm is hard to come by and I can't tell you how much of a game-changer that was in times where the detox symptoms were rough. There was one time when their texting system was down, and I couldn’t get ahold of Stephanie (dangit Kixie!) But this was in no way her fault—once I sent her an email, she got back to me within the hour If you’re on the fence, I get it. I was too. But I can confidently say this program was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made for my health. Thank you Dr Pompa and the Pompa team!
