I took the toxic test and then I had the counsel with Dr. Stacy Walsh. She went over my result and we talked about why I thought this was a good thing for me. Talked in length about my health and life, also finances. I felt she was very understanding of my situation on cost. There was no pressure selling or making me fell guilty if I didn't go with the program. She is a Christian which made me also feel good about her. After finding out my issue with cost she refunded my $97 up front for the testing. I was very pleased and surprised. So, all in all I was left with a good feeling and I have the option to come back if possible after talking with my son. If you can afford the cost and feel this is a great thing, I would recommend to try it.

After working with my coach Kasey at the Pompa Program, I've experienced positive changes in my health. My blood sugar is beginning to stabilize, a significant relief and a clear indicator that I'm moving in the right direction. I'm experiencing deeper, more restful sleep, which has contributed to an increase in energy levels and overall well-being. My mobility and strength have significantly enhanced. I'm now able to walk more frequently and my legs feel stronger than they have in a long time. My digestive function is better with fewer discomforts and a greater sense of regularity. These combined improvements have contributed to a significant boost in my overall quality of life. I feel healthier, stronger, and more energetic. I'm grateful for these positive changes and look forward to continued progress.

I am truly inspired by Dr. Pompa's incredibly thorough questionnaire! which even included questions about the fillings in my mouth! I have never encountered such attention to detail in any other pre-visit questionnaire, and this in-depth approach gives me confidence that I will receive a comprehensive evaluation! The representative I spoke with, Veronica Whetsel, Senior Health Advisor was pleasant, professional, inquisitive and very intelligent! I had learned much new information as she reviewed my history and present symptoms I have been experiencing. Veronica Whetsel is certainly an asset in Dr. Pompa's program!

I am thankful for the Pompa Program and would truly recommend it to others. The biggest change that I saw was with my sleep and energy levels. In my entire adult life, I had never been able to sleep through the night, or even always at night. Every night was a battle to fall asleep. I had severe insomnia, and resulting constant fatigue during the days, relying on coffee to function at all. Now, for the first time that I can remember in my whole adult life, I fall asleep every night at a good time and at the same time, and I wake up in the morning without the aid of an alarm clock (something that always sounded impossible and superhuman!) and I have good energy throughout the day. I still will have a cup of coffee in the morning because I enjoy it, but I am no longer dependent on it or needing it throughout the day. When your sleep is better, everything is better! And the program sets you up for success overall. They have wonderful coaches that are available to you and walk with you. They offer great resources and teaching videos. It's an investment for sure as far as money and energy, but it's one that I have found to be well worth it. I struggle with limited finances, but I have no regrets in investing in my health in this way.

Speaking with Veronica was a great experience. She listened intently, responded with examples & personal experiences. I felt so comfortable that I ended up giving a full testimony of my life's trials & how I believe I've gotten to this point. Thank you so very much Veronica!
