I have not done the program yet, but I am very much impressed with the knowledge given by the Pompa team and their willingness to help educate and answer all my questions. I have 3 autoimmune diseases, two of which have surfaced in the last 6 months, and Hashimotos thyroid disease I’ve had for years. I’ve also had many food sensitivities over the years. I am anticipating doing this program to stop the autoimmune cycle and put them in remission. And hopefully regain my health, lose weight (finally!) once my cells are healthy again. The science behind it makes so much good sense. I started taking a couple of the supplements, for inflammation and gut issues, about a week ago, and noticed better energy, sleep, and increased elimination within a couple days. The start of the process. This is definitely a huge commitment, but I have done many things over 30 years and I’m trusting this is the way I need to go now. YAY! UPDATE: As of 5/1/25, While I did feel I got good info from this company, I did not sign up with them for the whole program. Just was not what I needed. Everything about our meeting today was excellent and professional. I felt heard and understood! My couch gave me good information and resources. She spoke from a place of knowledge and was compassionately made some suggestions.

It was the perfect consultation. Our advisor, Garryson, was very professional, informative and a good listener responding well to our concerns! He was honest in laying out caveats for our particular situation and gave a tailored recommendation for us. We highly recommend taking the step for a consultation and test. It may set you on a life changing path for your health!

Lanarose B was assigned to me and after I finished my questionnaire and cellular inflammation kit, we set up a zoom chat with my husband. Lanarose is terrific! We went over my results and she fully explained what Dr Pompa’s program is and how it would benefit me. She is very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions in detail. We texted back and forth and she called me once too, when I needed additional help, which I very much appreciated. Lanarose is really wonderful to work with!

Shauna McGee was very knowledgeable on the subject matter and listened to and answered our questions we had and gave us suggestions regarding products she switched to regarding coffee and soft drinks that has helped her. Explained the definitions of the science and suggested certain blood tests to help further understand my issues.

I have been following Dr Pompa for awhile.Today’s appointment with Miss McGee proved my decision. Finally I may find root cause of my problems on cellular level.
