Thank you for reaching out to us. This notification only comes through if you don't leave a review the first time (which we have control over the copy, and comes up as Priority Health Testing). The 2nd reminder is automatically sent by Trustpilot a few days after the initial review request which we have no control over. The only way around this would be to change the name of our company profile all together, which defeats the purpose of having a review page in the first place. We've requested this feature repeatedly from Trustpilot, as we put our patients' privacy above all else. If a solution becomes available, we will be implementing it immediately. Our director of patient services would be happy to discuss this with you further: [email protected] Update: Trustpilot has now enabled all companies to define both the sender title and content of review reminders! All future reminders will be just as discreet as the initial request using our own copy. Reviews like this have helped us provide direct feedback to Trustpilot after countless requests for this feature. This is the second time I've used the service and they are absolutely amazing all you have to do is order your test and then go to the location you requested in and out within 20 minutes if they're not busy
