Everything went super smoothly
Everything went super smoothly. I was able to schedule my test for the same day, I got taken on time, and at the end the cashier just said you're good to go. The results were available online a few days later. Couldn't have been better.

The gonorrhea Test offered was only…
The gonorrhea Test offered was only urogenital. There should also be a oral pharyngeal test at the same time. Seems kind of half assed. Not really a complete test for this STI.

Our site does state that testing is performed using urine-only collection methods and that collection sites do not perform swabs. The overall experience was great
The overall experience was great. Only issue was with the draw site. The woman attending me was insistent that I tell her my reason for my visit in the waiting room. When I told her that I was not here for work or doctors order, she gave me an attitude over giving a false answer to get into a patient room. It was my understanding that my visit would remain private. But everything else was an overall pleasant experience.

Although we are a separate company, we entrust Quest to fulfill our lab orders quickly and professionally. The only information the lab staff needs is that you are there for routine lab work (not drug testing). This verbiage is provided word for word in the order confirmation email issued during signup. If they are not receptive to this language, then they are not following protocol. We will be filing a formal complaint with the appropriate administrators at Quest to ensure corrective action is taken, and would like more information about your visit.
