Thank you for reaching out. According to our records, your final lab results were available just 2 days after collection, at which point a notification email was issued. Our prices for testing are listed up front at the time of scheduling to ensure that there are no surprise bills later on. It's extremely rare that we receive 1-star feedback, therefore we'd like to get more information so we can help you better. Our director of patient services will reach out to privately so we can address your concerns in more detail as we want to ensure we are providing the best experience possible. I placed my order at 4:03pm. Schedule my appointment at Quest Diagnostic at 4:15pm the same day.. I reviewed my results about 24-30 hours later after testing. Quick and efficient results. 10 panel plus extra. Decent price.
