I would recommend this product over MS Project.

Basics for support of project management activities at your fingertips. Overall fairly easy to navigate and the available tips, templates, process, and articles are nice to have for reference and usage. At least three times a month I find something of use on the site.

I love some / most aspects of PM.com but your charging is tricky; you gross up to the maximum number of seats without informing me of the increased charges

ProjectManager is among the most user-friendly project planning softwares I have ever used. It is pretty intuitive, even if you only have an inkling of what you're doing, and for those of us who have used other project planning softwares, it is definitely robust enough to meet most needs. I haven't even explored all its capabilities yet! And the support is truly awesome.
