ProjectManagerReviews of projectmanager.com

ProjectManager.com has everything I need to efficiently manage my projects with a distributed project team. With most team members working remotely, I need an application to help me efficiently distribute project plans to all team members. This application meets all of my needs with all of the classic project management tools - tasks, team members, reports, risks, calendars, etc. Also, a major added benefit is document distribution. I am able to quickly distribute documents and add those documents to specific tasks on the project, so all information on a particular task is consolidated into one task line. That consolidation of information is incredibly powerful and efficient. The iPhone app is also excellent at allowing me to take pictures while away from my computer and upload those pictures to a particular task on the project.

This software is amazing! The software is the best software we have used. It is simple, accurate and records all we need for managing our workflow.

Signing up is simple and hassle free, then the product is great. You can track multiple projects, collaborate with others anytime, anywhere. Clean and intuitive UI helps creating projects quickly, easy to put them to presentations and other reports.

This is the ideal project management software for me as it simple and easy to use as well as provides me with all the tools I need to manager a project. It saves me a lot of time and also provides in depth reporting to help complete projects under budget.

Extremely user-friendly. I would highly recommend it!

As a BA in a young company that uses readily-accessible collaboration tools, GoogleApps integration is a key feature for me!

I had the opportunity to work with ProjectManager.com ownership and management in detail over a 4 month project. I found them to be trustworthy and extremely competent with regard to their business and product. As I've learned more about their product offerings, I have and will continue to refer project managers in my area to this company.

As CEO of a medium-size SEO / SEM Agency it has always been important to be able to track tasks and projects in real-time. When you add in the team of VA's and other offshore-based freelancers that an agency like mine uses on a daily basis, the need for seamless coordination, communication and tracking becomes paramount. Having used Basecamp (in all fairness, a very good tool) and MS Project (clunky and hard to use) before transitioning to ProjectManager.com in 2012, I can say that in terms of task tracking, project tracking, resource planning and time tracking, ProjectManager.com "eats the others for breakfast!" I haven't used the Gantt Chart feature yet, simply because I haven't needed to. But for someone in (for example) the SEO industry (or any facet of online marketing for that matter) who needs a project management tool to compliment the arsenal of high-end analytics tools we use day in and day out, ProjectManager.com is definitely 'up there' with the very best.
