No availability information until after credit card is charged
I placed an order for an item that appeared to be in stock and available according to the website. A couple of days later, after my credit card had been charged, I got an email that the item was out of stock and that I could just wait for it, with no indication of when it might be back in stock. I canceled my order and looked elsewhere.

Your shipping and delivery time sucks
Why should I have to wait 6 to 8 days before an item as insignificant as a dimmer switch is shipped? You have my money immediately when I place the order. Why can't you show the same quick response and ship it out within 2 or 3 days at the most like most other online suppliers? It's ridiculous, inconvenient, and annoying and I think it needs to be changed.

I ordered 6 bulbs only to have one burn out immediatley
I ordered 6 dimmable TCP 15 Watt TruDim G25 Globe 3000K light bulbs for $62 including shipping and handling. One burnt out as soon as I installed it other bulbs seem to work and last in that socket. I don't think it's ProLighting's fault per se, but its very frustrating given the initial expense and time to deliver.

Hi Kenneth, Sorry to hear about your frustration. Unfortunately with any mass produced product - especially light bulbs - there's going to be some failure. This is why they have a warranty. My LED bulbs - 25% failed within 2 weeks - not happy

Thanks for the review Mark. The TCP LEDs are some of the best quality on the market today. Failure will happen with any brand, this is why they have a 5 year warranty. Please contact us and we'll get a new lamp to you.

Unintentional but misleading (and very high) price
I though I had a great price on a case of low-temp CFL lights. There was a note in the description about cases, and there was only one option for the lights I was buying. It was $9 plus $7 s/h. So now I have a single $16 CFL.
