Product came as advertised and was shipped very quickly.

Very happy with the made in the USA fixtures, the bulbs are were I ran into problems. I purchased 8 T8 18watt fixtures, put up the first fixture plugged it in an blew a 20 amp breaker. I had to go through and ohm out all the bulbs and found 12 bad bulbs. Gary worked with me and sent out replacement bulbs which 1 out of the 12 worked. I took pictures of the bad bulbs and one of the working bulbs sent to Gary, he also noticed that my working bulb was 15 watt not 18 watt. He sent out all new 18 watt bulbs and labels to send back the bad bulbs. When I put the bulbs in I noticed that I had a 15 watt bulb again, now I have 3 1/2 18 watt fixture and 3 1/2 15 watt fixtures. Gary was great to work with but getting the correct bulbs sent out to the customer seems to be an issue. Still waiting for 2 exterior dust to dawn lights to complete my project. I would still buy additional products from Pro Lighting, once the dust setted, the fixtures are good quality and they work.

I needed a replacement switch for my BBQ lamp. The only disappointment was buying a switch that costs $10 and then another $10 for Shipping/Handling. But, since the lamp was so expensive, I felt it was worth it. ($10 is the minimum shipping charge). When I changed the switch, I realized that the o-ring between the lamp and the lamp hood needed to be replaced, and the cost was less than $2 for a new 0-ring. Great, except they won't fulfill an order that is less than $10. I wish I had realized I needed the o-ring when I ordered the switch. (These are red silicone heat resistant o-rings). I would definitely order from ProLighting again, but would make sure I had everything I needed on the order the first time.

Half of the order was manufactured correctly, but the other half was manufactured incorrectly. ProLighting was quick to respond and the correctly manufactured parts were delivered with little delay.

Items listed as in stock, at the time of the order, had gone out of stock by the time of the shipment. I was advised of the delay and the products were shipped promptly when they arrived. I am satisfied with the experience.

Satified with the service. Ordering was simple, shipping was good and on time. Bulb didn't fit in the antique fixture. Returned the bulb are received credit. Did have to pay shipping both ways; but could be the price you pay.

I ordered LED candelabra bulbs, it would be nice to see Lumen values posted for all bulbs on the site, as well as illumination angle - this sets the expectation for how bright it will be. The bulbs work, and the color is what I ordered, but I'd like it brighter and to spread the light differently. Without the brightness and beam angle info, the alternative for an end user is to buy one of each and compare them (and return the others) - I really don't have time or patience for that.
