Brad at Pro Lighting was knowledgable and helpful. Ordering and shipment were efficient. Shipping cost seemed a bit high. The only problem I had was that the lights had no instructions with them. I even called the manufacturer and they had no instructions available. This made my life a little more difficult.

I bought 12 LED Mini Star lights illuminate two display cabinets full of really nice pottery. The effect is spectacular! We have the cabinet lights turned on about 5 hours a day which means, according to the stated average life of 60,000 hours, should last about 20 years. However, I just had one light go out a little under a year. I had to order another for $45 plus S&H even though I let Pro Lighting know of the premature failure. Not sure if the failure was a fluke or not....I hope I don't lose any more anytime soon. Pro Lighting doesn't seem too customer oriented about this product, do it may be beneficial to get this light from another supplier our find another light that lasts as long as advertised. I love this light, but was very disappointed when it failed.

It's all summed up in the title. Don't know how you can stay in business with such lousy delivery, especially for in stock items.

I did not receive a notification of back order, I needed to go into the site and find out for myself and then there was no ETA so I had no idea if or when I would receive the items paid for. Follow-up communication is all that is required

Package arrived and bulb was intact. It fit and worked as it should.The problem I had was extremely slow shipping.

1/2 my order was fulfilled and its been over 4 weeks. Their site shows in stock but some items are actually on backorder. The 1/2 that was fulfilled was as promised and at a great price.

the product is fine. Getting the product is another issue. First the item i ordered was backordered and pro lighting did not notify me. Then they said they found the item and I would have them by the end of the week. The dilivery company called and and needed directions and said he would be here by 4:00pm. 4:00pm came and gone. I called the delivery company and asked where he was, they said his route was changed and they would not be delivered until Monday. I asked where the items were they said they were sitting on there loading dock. I asked if I could come get them and they said fine. So, I drove 2 hous to pick up the items that I paid to have delivered. Prolighting said that they would refund the shipping. However I have not seen the refund yet.

We ordered 2 emergency lights. One light was in perfect condition when it arrived and easily installed. When we opened the 2nd box at a later date, we realized the light was damaged intransit and unusable.
