What a slow tardy testing service. You loose lot of your health by the time they deliver results. Even developing countries dont have that slow service. Even if they are done they dont send results to patient so he can take some action. they send to doctor who if Friday might not be able to communicate.. On top of that so much attitude for blood draw. if u r 2 minutes late u miss yr appointment..

Quest has a Uninsured Patient Program (UPP1) that a doctor's practice signs up for on behalf of uninsured patients through their Quest representative. BUT, if you call Quest billing, they CANNOT tell you how much those blood tests will cost even if you have the exact Lab Test Codes, and the doctors Account number and name. The unhelpful Supervisor who thought he was being helpful, REFUSED twice to transfer my call to a manager, since he said he was speaking on behalf of Quest and 20 years working with them. I then had a three-way call with the doctors' office only to get the super information that he could have asked me from the script. Buyer Beware, the Federal No Surprise Act does NOT apply to Quest. Basically, you have to take time off from work, get your blood drawn, and then SURPRISE, you get a bill.

What a nasty bunch of people. I went for tests last week. It took 2 tries to hit a vein. Today, I needed another test. The person just standing scowling in the lab, was apparently training a new phlebotomist. I nicely and apologetically requested that I have a more experienced technician. The person training her became immediately nasty, rolling her eyes…. Said “what 5 years experience is not enough for you?” Not willing to be treated that way, I requested a supervisor. Within a few minutes she breezed in, telling me that too many customers did not want new people doing their labs. I again apologetically told her I had a history of bad experiences with people because I had “thin rolling veins.” I’ve been told that my entire 66 years, when techs have had to try 3, 4, 5 times to complete a blood test. She told me I was “wrong” and I had great veins.” So either she was lying/wrong, or 80% of phlebotomists are bad at their job and/or lie. Save yourself the trip. Go to a different place. They are disgustingly rude, packed with angry customers (most of whom need a drug test) and their phone check in does not work.

I show up to my appointment, Kishara comes in the room like a cheerful ray of sunshine! Talking with everyone asking them how their morning is. Calls my name. We go into a room. This gal has the GREATEST attitude, I could of stayed with this angel all day! You can tell she loves her job!!!! SHE NEEDS A RAISE!!! She makes you feel so good about life! She was refreshing! Thank you Kishara for being so positive, we need more people out there like you out there in life!

Quest absolutely sucks, I had blood work done a month ago and they still don't have my results. Do Not waste your time with this place, there is a reason they have a 1.5 stars

First Attempt 2024:selecting a date. My ESP switched off and did not realize that when there are no time slots shown on the screen keep trying more dates until you get to the end of the month (24 clicks later) and time slots become visible: Silly me. Suggest that when a user selects a day and all time slots are taken show cross outs of all time slots for that day. Hence it is up to me to click 24 more times to the end of the month to find any open time slots. Thanks For Doing the Software that runs the world. Bravo.

Had an appt to have blood drawn-3 different orders. They "forgot" to do one of them. When I realized they only did 2 I called they admitted they forgot and then I couldn't get an appt to have it done. So happy my insurance no longer requires me to use them. Terrible customer service-how do you forget to draw blood at a lab?????
