Awful. Cannot talk to a human. Automated appoint schedule as flawed at best. On my 5th attempt for a simple blood draw -stuck as a stand by because system does not recognize appt scheduled by phone. Employee walked out and rudely wished me luck getting in. Horrible

They didn't do their job with my insurance. They billed me for an amount that my insurance was responsible for. My insurance requested information from QUEST DIAGNOSTICS and they didn't give the information to them. QUEST threatens to send me to collection. I had to do their job.

No explanations for anything!!! Terrible. Everything is..SIGN IN....even for a question or drop off. Awful system. No one at the desk. No explanation or directions for some take home tests!!!

Totally uncooperative and not interested in providing good health care support. They refused to test me for an authorized doctor's test request. Quest needs to re evaluate their reason for existing, Ken

Absolutely terrible site for booking lab appointment. In NO WAY is it clear that you must select a location before you select a time slot. I live in a crowded suburban location and DO NOT CARE which location I go to within maybe a 10 mile radius. But only after clicking on a location can you see which location has times available. THIS IS INSANE! Let me select "next available" or similar within a geographic location. I think Quest is just the worst. I have had much better service from LabCorp but insurance says I must use Quest.

I don't like this company. Beware They may send you a "so called" surprised 😮 bill in the mail months after your visit. Customer service is the worst...nothing will ever get resolved. Then they will send the "made up" fraudulent bill to the collection agency. I can't believe they would treat the customers who support their business like this. I Never had a problem with any other lab. I will never use their services again.
