Quest DiagnosticsReviews of questdiagnostics.com

This is the second time I’ve used the Quest Diagnostics located at 3401 PGA Blvd, Palm Beach Gardens, Fl. for bloodwork. Both times I was seen close to my appointment time and greeted by polite, friendly women. Today, I saw Tonya B. She was excellent! She knew I was nervous, but her friendly personality soon had me smiling and laughing. I really didn’t feel the needle at all! I highly recommend this Quest location.

The customer service is the worse I have experienced.

Paid my copayment to them two days after receive the bill twice in a five month period. They sent me back one of their checks as a refund and then sent me a delinquent bill the next week after five months, they sent me to collections without even making any other attempt to get this straightened out, even though I called and spent hours on the phone, trying to fix it with them. Definitely would not recommend them.

Thee worst ever!! As an RN I had to call for 25 minutes through 6 sets of menus to get just an appointment. Whoever does their I.T. Must be the worst ever! I eventually had to call their 800# which got me even more menus. This effort took 10 minutes in itself alone! I’m here now and some poor handicap man is getting the run around at the self check in machine. What Quest labs does thee best is GIVE YOU THE RUN AROUND THAT GOES TO NO WHERE!!

First, after making my appointment on "My Quest" the Marco Island, FL, couldn't find it and challenged that I made it until they saw "My Quest" put the appointment in my calendar and squeezed me in. Then, I've been waiting for results for 4 days and of course, I'm leaving to see a specialist tomorrow 100 miles away and Quest says it could take a week but has never been more than 48 hours. Disappointing!

If I could give a zero or -10 to this company I would. Absolutely pathetic! I’ve been there three times in a week. They do not have any receptionists and the check in machine that they have has not been working for three weeks. The technicians at work there are overwhelmed, frustrated, and as a result nasty. Walked in today for an 8:40 a m Appointment and they were 12 people waiting, no receptionist, and nowhere to sit. Finally a technician came out and started screaming at me for asking questions. They do not have any receptionists at any of their locations! The scary part is that they are dealing with important blood tests for all of their patients/clients.The most unprofessional, ridiculous, business I’ve ever seen. Avoid this company at all costs as they seem to feel cost savings on a receptionist is more important than professionalism and safety for their customers. DISGRACEFUL ‼️‼️‼️‼️

I'd give zero stars. Lab techs are jerks and it takes forever to get results back. You can't get a person on the phone.

worse customer service ever, trying to make an account and they make it really hard. Not nice person and rude. We all deserve to be treated nicely.
