They have an attitude towards walk-in clients. I feel like they should be so happy to have everyone who comes through the doors. If you are a walk in, just get ready to sit there two hours, put up with their employee attitudes towards walk-ins. They really suck for treating people like that. I am a medical professional, I know it can take time to draw some people's blood, but for the most part, many are very quick. So don't think you are all that with a bag of chips. I watched the scheduled people come in and at one point I was the only walk in and there were only three scheduled patients. I continued to sit and sit.anyway. They Do Not Care!!

I had an extremely negative encounter with this laboratory. The customer service provided by the call center is abysmal as they fail to address any issues. Instead, they simply transfer you to another department because they are incapable of resolving problems. They never comprehend the problem at hand nor possess the ability to rectify it. I have been grappling with a result-related problem for two months without any resolution. Consequently, I have decided to switch to another laboratory and repeat my examination. I strongly advise against choosing this laboratory as it has been an unsatisfactory experience.

Seem to be understaffed. Receptionist, lab technician and specimen expeditor all in one?

7 to 10 days for the soonest appointment? They close at 3pm!

I needed a blood test that the blood had to be overnighted to the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN. I went to the Quest Filmore Lab in Colorado Springs and Heather drew my blood. They weren't sure how to handle the package from the Mayo clinic and Heather was incredibly empathetic and figured things out. I can also be a very tough draw and she got it the first time. Thank you Quest Diagnostics and especially Heather.

I paid a $60.00 invoice on July 18, 2023. In August I received another bill. I had my Bank fax a copy of the canceled check to Quest on 8/22/23. I call Quest on 8/29/23 and Tawana confirmed that the check copy was received on 8/25/23 and that the bill was on hold and it may take 30 days to post. On 11/27/23 I received another bill for $60 for the same service. I called today and spoke to Leann who said the copy had been received on 8/25/23 but that it had been sent to management who released the hold in error which is why I received another bill. It still has not been posted to my account. She couldn’t tell me anything else but made a note to send me notice when the payment was applied. It’s been 4 months since it was paid. So frustrated!

This is a terrible company and a lousy employer. I do not recommend them for anything muchless employment.

I had a confirmed appointment and even received a text link to sign in when I arrived this morning . However, when I got to the location at 6410 Fannin, Houston, TX, no one was there.
