The worst people work here. They are nasty especially the short spanish girl and the pregnant girl, disgustingly rude. This is the Main Street site on Beechmont Ave. They talk crap thinking we can't hear them. Go to Yale instead of this awful place!!!!

This is absolutely the worst health…
This is absolutely the worst health services I have ever used!
To start of I scheduled my appointment in Seguin Texas I arrive to my appointment where I am called to the back. Right away the phlebotomist looks at my paper work then sends me to another room where he proceeded to help 2 other people. Then he calls me back to the room draws my blood and sends me away again. He then helps another 2 or 3 people before calling me back. Just to tell me he would be looking for a container for a 25 hour urine collection. Once again he helps someone else before calling me back to give me a container. I was there for over an hour it was ridiculous. His name was Francisco.
Next was waiting for results they give you a time period of a week or so we’ll 3 weeks had past I had 6 of 14 results (which one of the 6 was just a duplicate) so I reach out asking about my other results. This is where I got the run around. First I was told there were no more results. Then I was told they are pending (non were in the pending section of the app). After that I was told they are taking a little longer. Well here I am over a month later still missing my results.
Now I am dealing with identity authorization basically I have answered 3 sets of questions 10 times and I keep getting locked out for 72 hours because they couldn’t find someone I associated with. ( I’m assuming it’s my grandfather who passed away) I’m not sure. But at this point I don’t believe I’ll ever be able to get my results.
Moral of the story do not trust quest. Do not go to quest. This place is one big scam. My doctor asked me to specifically go here and I will never do that again next time I’ll be telling them no I can get the test done at a more professional establishment.
If I could rate 0 stars I would worst experience ever app sucks, service is terrible

Notice of bad service:
Notice of bad service:
The Quest Laboratory at the North Fort Myers station in Florida should be closed down.
Reason:
I had my blood drawn a week an a half before my doctor's appointment... Days later my results were missing in action.
I called Quest to find out why?
They said that my blood was placed on hold?
It took several calls from me to finally have someone to tell me that the drawing station I went placed it on hold. Not my doctor. Not me.
They did.
They decided to do so on their own without letting me or my doctor know about it.
This action of them is affecting my health care.
I spoke to a Supervisor at the national center who will get in touch with that drawing station; hence, that specific drawing station will have to give them 'permission' to run my blood and produce results.
Who on Earth are this people, whose only license (if at best) is the license to draw blood, process it and send it to the testing Laboratory?
Why do my health care needs to be on hold without any kind of notice to me or my doctor?
Who are these individuals to affect the care of my health or anyone's on their unjustifiable decision?
Who are these individuals that have such a lack of care, compassion, reliability and accountability?
How can anyone trust a company that does totally the opposite of what their 'healthcare mission' is?
Why are they working there?
Who are they to decide for me or my doctor?
I imagine if this would be for a patient that has cancer or another life threatening illness whose immediate treatment depends on these laboratory results...

Quest Labs are a joke!
I fasted today before my 10 am annual Dr. Appt. The lab ( previously Mid America Clinical Lab) is across the hall from my Dr., so always been easy to walk across the hallway to get labs done quickly. Went over at 10:30. New kiosk sign-in was ok, although lengthy. It gave me a time of 12:50 for my labs to be drawn! I wasn’t going to set there for over 2 more hours, so left and googled the next nearest Quest lab. Website said phone number was disconnected or not correct. Called another Quest location and asked her about the problem with the phone, and she stated that the labs didn’t have direct lines. So, why the number listed??? She finally made me an appt for the one I’d tried to call at 11:30 am. I hustled to get to the other side of town, only to get there with 5 people in waiting room that all were confused also and had been waiting a long time. Another kiosk to sign in, but asked for a code, which I hadn’t been given. I finally knocked on the lab door at 11:40 and told her I had an appt. at 11:30 and she said they don’t take appts. at that location. The communication was ridiculous! I left again without getting labs done. I would give Quest a 0 if I had the choice!

Everything about this outfit is below…
Everything about this outfit is below average from what I can tell. The staff, the posting of results, the log in process, the website, etc etc. Just a overall lousy experience. I can only hope Lab Corp is somewhat more consumer friendly.

My last visit to get blood work done…
My last visit to get blood work done was absolutely great! I hate needles and I dread getting them done. I was fortunate enough to visit the Quest Diagnostics clinic inside Walmart on Brannan Field. The Staff was polite, energetic, friendly, and very welcoming, especially the lab technician Tre’Shawna. Knowing that I feared needles, she assured me that everything would be fine, painless, and very quick and that I had nothing to fear. As a diabetic, I had several things done and the experience was amazing. Tre’Shawna is a remarkable and incredible lab technician! I trust her whole-heartedly when it comes to facing my fears with blood work and needles. Because she made me feel comfortable and safe with my lab work experience, I will no longer fear going back to get future blood work at this Quest Diagnostics. Tre’Shawna displayed real people talent, a very pleasant, endearing, welcoming smile, and professionalism representing her peers and employer at Quest Diagnostics. She is a model Lab Technician with so much potential. Thank you Tre’Shawna for giving me a very pleasant and amazing experience at Quest Diagnostics (inside Brannan Field Walmart).
