40 minutes past appt. time
I was scheduled for 11:20 a.m. and scheduled to be done by 11:35. It was after that that I asked the lady next to me if she had an appointment; she said that no, she was a walk-in so we figured I must be next. Nope, the lady went before me. I was done just before noon and not happy at all. I had scheduled this during a lunch break and had to be back at work at noon and still had to eat something since, of course, I had fasted for 12 hours for this. I expected more and was very disappointed. False advertising.

Mandatory to give credit card prior to billing!
Unfortunately, we could only go to Quest for a lab test. In looking for new insurance, we made sure we could go elsewhere. Quest refused to do needed lab work unless we gave a credit card upfront. They would charge what they claimed insurance told them was the cost (if there was a cost). Insurance has made many errors. I do not pay bills until I verify that insurance has paid correctly. Quest will not allow this. It is mandatory that one give a credit card in advance and, "agree to allow," Quest to charge that card per insurance. Quest does not send an invoice unless charging the card, giving no record-keeping information to the patient as to what they charged and what insurance paid. Quest says one must look at the insurance EOB or call for a copy of an invoice. Seems they don't want folks to have a record of their billing practices.
Quest stated that more of their offices are making such a system mandatory.
The representative stated this is due to people not paying bills. I, as one who does pay bills, is being punished for those who don't. It is strong-arming and black mail (no service unless you give your credit card information).
Quest makes LabCorp look good.

Unethical…
We show up for lab tests after having paid for them. But, apparently there is a data entry error somewhere so we are called upon to re-enter our info and pay by credit card a second time. We decline.
Afterwards we find it impossible to receive a refund or even speak to a human.
Will do business with labcorp from now on.

Took my sister to her appointment on…
Took my sister to her appointment on Enterprise Blvd. What a joke, got to the appointment ahead of time and checked in at the designated time. Was on the board with 37 people ahead of her. She uses a walker and can’t stand for long, 16 chairs for 37 people.

Great Experience!!
I arrived exactly on time and checked in with my phone. Headed inside and sat down. After 30 seconds she called me back. She did a perfect draw with no pain!! Then I went home. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!!

Marcia, cubicle 1
Today, Saturday, February 1, 2025, I attended my appointment for blood samples. My first complaint is that the center allowed me to make an appointment at 6:10 and this center will not open at 6:30.I confirmed my appointment when I arrived at the location, but when I entered the center my name was not on the screen.. I asked and the lady told me, yes I saw your name sit down and wait. I sat down and waited, then I was seen by Mrs. Marcia in cubicle 1, who, according to her, she has 25 years of experience. She pricked me twice because she supposedly couldn't find the vein, without saying that it hurt horribly. I have been in this country for 15 years and no one had ever done this to me. I have been seen by this lady Marcia and she had never done this to me before, I consider that she acted in bad faith and abusively. 12554 SW 120th St, Miami, FL 33186 I spoke to the person in charge of the center to complain and according to her, I was going to talk to this lady to see what happened, whether she had had a bad day or maybe I was dehydrated? Sorry, I've never heard of that and if this lady had a bad day, she should stay home.
