The proxy quality is terrible; connecting to all websites is very slow. The customer support team was almost completely ineffective throughout the month I rented the proxy. From the time I purchased it until the expiration date, I couldn't use it and received no helpful support or resolution regarding the proxy quality issue!

The proxy speed was very slow, and when asked to check and resolve the issue, they only responded irresponsibly that their proxy was working normally, even though it was very weak and unusable.
