Over the last several years, working with them was hard, not clear, and the communication wasn't very good either. If you have alternatives, I would seriously consider those over this company.
Response from rayobyte.com· Jan 19, 2026
Hi there, I’m really sorry to hear this has been your experience over the last several years. That’s not the standard we want to deliver, and we’d genuinely like the chance to make this right. Could you please reach out to our Support team at [email protected] so we can look into what happened and fix it? If you can include your account email/company name and a brief summary of the main issues you ran into, we’ll prioritize your case and work with you on a clear path forward. Thank you for the honest feedback we appreciate it, and we’d like to earn back your trust.

Top class proxy provider but expensive as you can not buy single proxy, The minimum is 5.
Response from rayobyte.com· Jan 19, 2026
Thanks for the review really glad to hear you’ve had a top-class experience with the proxies. Totally fair feedback on pricing and the minimum purchase. We bundle proxies in small packs to keep quality consistent and support/manage inventory reliably, but we understand that some users only need a single proxy for lighter use cases. If you share what you’re trying to do (and roughly how many proxies you actually need), our Support team can suggest the most cost-effective option for your setup.

Price is good, but I have a technical issue and emailed the support address on 15th December and have not had a response. The page for Rotating DC lets you configure a command for geolocation, including a long list of countries. I trusted this, and purchased a good amount of bandwidth, but I'm getting an error with every request that's geolocated to the UK. I'm starting to think they've sold a product they can't provide and are now ignoring emails to not have to resolve the issue. The only geolocation I can see working is within the USA, which isn't what's advertised. I've tried using their support pages for geolocation, but they return a "The page you were looking for doesn't exist.", unfortunately a massive red flag a company isn't reliable if they can't maintain their own support pages.

Hi Peter thank you for the feedback, and I’m sorry for the delay and the experience you’ve had. I also want to clarify something important: our Rotating DC proxies are currently only available in the US and do not support country geolocation at this time. You’re absolutely right that the dashboard UI can make it look like geo-targeting is available — that’s confusing, and we’re actively working on fixing those UI elements. We really appreciate you calling this out. I’m going to look into why your ticket wasn’t answered and I’ll personally follow up with you to make this right.
