reDollarReviews of redollar.com

This company was a breath of fresh air. Honest, straightforward and fair. They sent a prepaid shipping kit, let me know when they received the jewelry and were back with an offer by the next day. The offer was exactly what I expected and much better than another I had checked into. Multiple payment methods were offered and payment was very prompt. I would recommend reDollar to anyone :-).

My experience was great! Communication was responsive. The process was quick- I mailed the package with the provided label on a Tuesday and received payment on the following Tuesday.

The website is easy to navigate, provides all vital information for doing business and the email response times are incredibly fast even on nights and weekends. Coupled with the competitively fair offer to purchase my scrap gold and the rapid payment for my item, I would definitely do business here again in the future if I find myself in need of selling old jewelry or precious metals.

1. A MUCH higher payout for my gold than the local gold buyer 2. The website explained everything clearly, why they can pay more, being a refiner. 3. The entire process was easy- Describe what you have, provide a little info, they send you a pre-paid mailer or you can pack the gold yourself. A number of payment options, from Paypal to Zelle to direct deposit. And they answered email messages promptly and politely! Payment for two gold rings was $1847! I would Most Definitely recommend ReDollar!

Very fast email responses from reDollar. They were patient with my questions, were informative, had a professional email tone, and were very helpful by sending me a shipping label. I actually received just a little more $$ for my item than the online calculator estimated. Likely because the price of gold went up slightly by the time they received my item. That's honesty and integrity on reDollar 's part. I will definitely do business with reDollar again! M. Caldwell Charleston, SC

Honest with doing what they say and giving highest price than any other company.communication is quick.

I contacted them about selling a gold ring with a diamond in it. They replied back to me that they would attempt to remove the diamond, but if they thought they might damage the diamond, they would would just send the ring back. So, I removed the diamond myself, took about 45 minutes, but I got it out of it's setting. reDollar sent me a packing slip to be included with the ring and a mailing label for the outside of my box. Sent it off, tracked it and when it arrived, they emailed me with an offer, which was very fair, and asked how I would prefer my payment. I requested direct deposit to my checking account and sent them the info, and I received the deposit the next day. Their communication with me was always very professional and quick, and their service is excellent! This is the second time I used their service; I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Top notch company all around, highly recommended!

ReDollar is a wonderful online company to do business with! If you have the goods and you are in need of cash, this is the place to go. I have used them three times, all successfully. On one occasion, my shipment was hijacked. But because reDollar is a fully insured company, I was compensated the $4000 plus. This last time was for $4700. To be successful, you need to follow their shipping practice fully! They also will send you a postage paid sticker through UPS, so you are not out those funds. Your only expense will be for the packing. I have fully! They also will send you a postage paid sticker through UPS, so you are not out those funds. You’re only expense will be for the packing. I have sent them gold jewelry, scrap gold, sterling silver sheet metal, sterling silver jewelry. The only thing I did not send them was my mother‘s Sterling silver flatware. I could not part with that. Everything else could be bought again. They also will do their best to meet your needs. They floored me with their generosity this last time. I did not want to pay the 2% fee my bank charge for immediate direct deposit. I preferred, at that time, to delay receipt of my funds and have free direct deposit. When I explained my situation to them, they graciously offered to pay the 2% fee my bank bank charges. Flower Child.
