Know the value of your items.
They do respond quickly. But, they tried to lowball me on the values of my items. Even though their own calculator valued them higher. When I told them I knew they were worth more, they then decided they didn't want my business. So, sellers beware. They will value your items significantly less than their actual value. UPDATE: SMALL amount? I had 41 grams of 10k gold to send you. That's not that small.

Thank you for your feedback. We appreciate you acknowledging our quick response time. We strive for 110% transparency in all our transactions. This is why our standard procedure is to verify if we, as the buyer, can meet the seller's price expectations BEFORE we officially accept any jewelry for processing. In cases where the buyer and seller have a fundamentally different view regarding the "value" of the presented items, we prefer not to accept the jewelry. This allows the seller to freely explore other selling opportunities without any obligation, ensuring no time is wasted on either end. We regret that we could not come to an agreement on the value of your small amount of 10k gold pearl and gemstone jewelry (customer's selling summary lists a total weight of 13.8 grams of 10k gold jewelry including pearls and gemstones), and we confirm that no physical acceptance took place beyond our written communication via email. We believe this practice, while sometimes disappointing, protects both parties and upholds our commitment to transparency.
