Very timely and efficient process

I would rate 10 stars if I could! I was skeptical of course, so I read all of the reviews from multiple sources before deciding to give ReDollar a chance. Before getting a quote from ReDollar, I received 2 separate quotes locally: first was $400 & second was $242.. ReDollar offer $539!! I advised how much insurance covg I wanted (free), I printed my shipping label, I dropped off at UPS and got a confirmation receipt. 3 days later, I received a notice from UPS saying my package was delivered, and within 1/2hr I received an email from ReDollar saying they got the package and would send it for analysis at the lab.. Within about 15-20 minutes I received a lab report and an offer. I accepted the offer and money was in my account within 1/2 hour. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND! And I will definitely use them again!!!

They were very fast and reliable

I was skeptical so I sent only a few coins, but redollar did exactly as they claimed. It was easy to request and mail a kit. I received a very fair price and received my check quickly.

Great company. A little time to get my shipping kit But i think that was just ups fault they are slow. Great customer service over all.
