So utterly disappointed... I'm a red Robin girl... Usually go at least once a week... Last fall my server asked it I wanted to buy their gift card special. It was buy a hundred dollar gift card and get an extra 25 bucks plus.the seasoning salt. The poor staff is begging guests to do stuff from a corporate office that has lost touch of what is good about red Robin. So anyway. I bought the gift card... All good... I was using my hundred dollar card first but today I went to use the 25 dollar one and I was told it was expired... No one mentioned it was a card that would expire or I would have obviously used it first... So I called corporate and I will tell you. They didn't give a crap. I have been eating at red Robin for over twenty years. After my gift card is at zero I won't be going back... I even said to the person on the phone. Why would you not figure out how to honor this and she said... We were told we can't do anything for you... What a scam

Gross and overpriced. Pink or no pink? What kind of a burger joint can’t even cook a burger medium rare? One that has grade B beef. The only way this restaurant gets away with still being called a burger restaurant is because of all the other ingredients they put on their burgers to disguise the fact that the meat and buns are so low quality. Oh, and their fries are always cold, too.

Burgers are good but svc is terrible

Red Robin was my go-to, but it's changed and not for the better. For example, the fries brought with my order. Even the waitress said they didn't look so hot and brought me another serving. When I asked for Secret Sauce, she said they now have Tartar Sauce. The fish that used to be the greatest was mediocre at best. Their once choice of Alaskan Cod or Salmon is now just Fish. Small things maybe, but a noticeable down-hill slide. The restroom faucets aren't even attached to the counter top. Kind of scary. I wouldn't be surprised if this is RR's last days.

I had the Shroom Burger and it was obviously cooked in jalapeno oil. I am not a fan of spicy foods and have had the Shroom Burger every other time I have been to Red Robin. It was never as hot as this last time. I asked the server and was told it was probably the pepper. Hmmm .... didn't see any pepper.

The food is garbage. It used to be good and now it’s terrible. For a $19 burger it can’t be worse quality than fast food, and yet this is where they are. And the secondary items (salads, pizzas, etc) are truly awful. Whoever is trying to save a buck ordering sysco slop is failing. Shut it down it’s embarrassing

Ordered online to have a pickup at 427 and I showed them the confirm order and the manager was not only not helpful even though I showed the confirmation he seem to doubt even with address as his location,very unprofessional and his name is Ruben at the escondido location learn about diversity and how to treat ethnicity.

I ordered an Oreo peppermint shake and put online not to add the Oreos. When I got the order, the Oreos were in the shake. The dressing was lumpy, like it was old. The chicken in the salad was cold. Not impressed with the food at all.
