I was in the mood for a good burger, and while searching yelp, I was reminded of the royal burger. A gourmet burger with bacon and egg on it. Plus I remember they had some pretty good cocktails. We have not been Here for quite a few years. When my kids were growing up, it was our go to place because they had never-ending fries. With five active kids, this helps a lot lol. We arrived, and there was not many people. We were sat immediately. Nicole was our server, and she took my drink order right away. I asked for a Cadillac margarita, they had a similar top shelf margarita with Cointreau on the menu. I told her that was good enough, she offered to substitute Grand Marnier for the Cointreau. One nice change over the years is that not only the fries were endless, you could also have endless broccoli or salad with your gourmet burger. Endless Garlic Parmesan cheese fries for an up charge of $1.60. What we ordered: 2x Royal burger with bacon and egg Guacamole bacon burger Boneless chicken wings BBQ The food arrived quickly and everybody was quite happy. I immediately put in for refills on the fries, because I know they have to cook them up. The waitress was really nice and helpful. She was friendly and took great care of us. I think she may have been the bartender also? I did take a picture of her, I think her name was Nicole. Pleasure to have her wait on us. With such great service, good prices, and good cocktails, we will not wait so long to come back.

Went to Red Robin on Long Dr. I wasn't feeling great, but thought that it was because the day was very hot. We went to escape the heat. I had very little appetite, and with my allergies, had special needs as well. Brandon and Blake were wonderful and amazing! They were kind and courteous, thoughtful! After getting home it became evident that I was coming down with the flu. They made a difficult night much more tolerable, and helped me get some of the only nutrition I had that night. Definitely will come back again, but preferably not when I'm becoming ill!

We ate in Warrington, PA on a Sunday at 5:00 PM. We ordered by phone. Asked for extra crispy fries. There is an up-charge for extra crispy fries. REALLY to keep fries in the fryer for an extra few moments??? The fries came soggy. The burger cold. Called to complain. Waited 27 minutes, my husband and I decided to drive to the restaurant (a 3 minute ride from our house) NO one was in the restaurant. The manager said he asked someone else to answer our call. The wait staff that answered the call said he told the manager 3 times. Manager was just ignoring us. Never eat in a Red Robin!

Solid burgers, decent bar. Overall good service and experience

Server was terrible. California md. Jasmine. Instead of seeing if we needed anything she was joking and taking selfies with other waiters

Red Robin, Vineland, NJ on 2/21/22. Drove almost an hour to get there, decided to order out and did so. Spoke to a young man who took our order, repeating to make sure it was what we ordered. When my wife went inside to pay (Gift Card and cash), she returned and we drove into the parking area to eat. Her order was fine, my order a disaster. I ordered a plain, nothing on the burger but American cheese with french fries and drink. What I received was not only a luke warm burger but all the slop you can imagine which made it a soggy roll and what I would call pieces of, or the 'bottom of the bag' potato pieces. Never again, this is the second time orders were wrong and this is suppose to be a quality eatery? Read others reviews, never going there again!

Columbus, GA. Without a doubt the worse dining experience we have ever had at any restaurant tonight. Five of us were excited to dine at this local restaurant (as we have a number of times over the years), but this experience was a disaster almost from the start. Ordered four soft drinks and one shake. Drinks eventually come, minus the shake. 15 minutes go by without seeing our waitress when we finally do see her and ask why the shake has not arrived or the soup one of our party had ordered. Waitress makes it clear she is agitated by our request to fix. Eventually the shake is brought by the bar tender, not the waitress, but no soup. Eventually our food comes out after we have been waiting for drink refills for a while. Well, four of the five entrees are wrong...one order of boneless wings that was not even close, one burger and fries wrong that had lettuce and the wrong kind of fries, cold and dry chicken in the chicken salad, and one burger with single patty when it was supposed to be a double patty. Oh, and no napkins or fork for the salad entree, still without their soup. Fast forward, the same burger comes back with the kitchen staff making a patheticly poor attempt to just pick the lettuce off the burger and send it back out with lettuce still on it and still with the wrong fries. Eventually the soup comes out...without a spoon to eat it. Had to ask four different people to get a fork. And don't get started with the lack of dipping sauces that had been ordered or drinks refilled. Finally asked for a manager after experiencing this crap fest for a while. Explained it all to the manager who then comped the meal. Here is the thing - had the manager been walking around the dining area asking how things were, watching the service, the manager would have seen the issues as they were happening because there were several tables having issues with the same waitress and things coming from the kitchen wrong. We experienced similar issues about three weeks ago, just not this bad. Will not be back for a while as it is clear current polices do not work...maybe when they have changed how they conduct business because the current methodology is not working. If I could give less than 1 star, I would.

Came in after seeing "Happy Hour" advertised on the internet. Happy hour was advertised 3:00-6:00 and 8:00-10:00. 1/2 price appetizers, discounted beer and Margaritas. Was told NO HAPPY HOUR ! OK...We were hungry, so we decided to order from the full priced menu. Artic Cod and Fries meal, one of 6 items listed on their entree menu, and Iced tea. Tea came, and it tasted "Tinney" , (SPOILED) as if it had been sitting for 4 days... Then the waiter came and said they had NO Artic Cod, as they had ran out, at 4:00 PM.....!!! This was on a FRIDAY NIGHT, at 5:00 PM !!! We saw how THIS visit was going, so we got up and left without ordering anything ! This is the Second BAD experience that we have had at this location, in a short period of time. Seems Management isn't doing their job at this business..... I know we WON'T be returning, as I don't believe in a THIRD chance !
