Had two different issues with the car: brakes and AC. 1) The service advisor gave an estimate for the brakes. Then two days later, called and stated that they had found additional issues and would require additional fees in excess of $800. Had to speak to the manager who was helpful and got me in contact with the parts department, where I was told that I was given a higher price for parts that I did not need because it was just hundred dollars more (it was actually more than that). Regardless of how much it costs, it should not have been done. 2) The AC was supposedly fixed and I drove around for a day to see it worked --- and it did not. I called the advisor and he stated that "it was working. [He] personally checked it." Have to take the car back in again. They had the car for over a week.
