My experience was very good and positive.

My experience with Sana has been amazing. I had surgery in November 2022 and since the surgery I have been sent monthly statements with a clear detail of what insurance covered and what I was going to have to cover. Every bill I've received in the mail in regards to the surgery was able to be matched to Sana's monthly statement. I've never had an insurance with such transparency. They provide an amazing service!

We recently switched to Sana in Nov 2021. Our experience so far has been very challenging. We still do not have RX approval (60 days +). We pay a very high premium for our health insurance plan and have to fight every time we have a claim. It's extremely frustrating to have an insurance company that seems to make everything a battle. We did not have a good experience using LabCorp which took more than 2 weeks to get lab results.

There are several of my doctors and offices that do not take this insurance for reasons of it being difficult and they are not in network.
