Sana is the easiest insurance company I've ever dealt with. They are personable and straightforward. I tell everyone about me insurance company.

I did PT on my shoulder for several weeks, all within the network my main GP was on. For some reason they wouldn't accept your insurance so you worked with them to sort things out. That experience was fine, but when it didn't work, and payer compass took over, it went down hill. A year later and I am still getting collection notices, it's hurt my credit, and it's very disheartening.

Very timely responses, customer service is great, and they make it easy to work through issues…..

Ease of use and transparent pricing and coverage.

Everyone I talked to worked on my problem quickly and efficiently. They were very compassionate when I was upset and validated my frustration. Truly helpful.

Sana has been great. Easy to use and flexible provider options

Dont cover a number of procedures. Difficult to locate providers outside of Texas. A number of the "perks" are not available in all areas.
