The (non) return policy is a joke
The (non) return policy is a joke. The quality is mediocre, but there are interesting selections that I won't find anywhere else.

Hello Brian, I am sorry for your dissatisfaction with our return policy. This is an industry wide practice. We simply cannot restock an oil has been outside of our control. This is in place not to protect a one-time sale, but to protect the safety of our customers. We simply cannot in good conscience resell an oil that has the potential to be used on someone's skin or hair, when we cannot guarantee the safety and quality. We try to be as transparent a possible, and explain this in our policy section on our website. We do offer low cost sniffie samples to our customers, so they can test oils before spending a lot of money on an unknown scent. We very much thank your being a customer for almost 5 years now.
