Great experience with this company on making scented oils. The website is a little confusing so after reaching out to the company via email, they sent an immediate reply to address my ordering concerns. I will purchase from them again.

Received my roller bottle there were larger then expected!=)fast shipping like almond and white musk FM the M opium is okay not my favorite Wisteria is okay as well.

Bad customer service. I never got the samples ..

Hello Alex, I am sorry for your experience and any misunderstanding. I see that you placed an order for our sniffie samples on Thursday 5/2, then called us to check on the status of the order on Monday 5/6. When our customer support representative informed that the sniffie order would be shipping that day, you asked that we cancel and refund this order instead. Please always be sure to check our current turnaround time, as posted at the top of our website. This shows how many business days it will take for an order to ship out. In addition, our sniffie sample product page instructs that we have a very high demand of these low cost samples, and therefore they will ship an extra day beyond the turnaround for a standard order. I am sorry that the samples did not arrive, but they most certainly would have shipped on Monday and arrived on Tuesday, had we not been instructed to cancel and refund the order. If there are ever any questions regarding our turnaround time or if you have a deadline that needs to be met, please do not hesitate to call or email. Thank you, Elliott @ Save On Scents

I like your service, however my last order had an error. I ordered 12 x8 oz plastic bottles . The bottles were right but the caps were bigger so I could not use them , I did not report back because I don’t think it make since to send them back , I have another order with you being filled right now so I will wait to see

I ordered a lot of incense and some fragrance samples. I was happy with all of my purchases. I knew I probably wouldn't like some of the fragrances, and that is why I chose samples before ordering larger amounts for my projects. They make it much easier to chose the fragrance oils I enjoy.
