Never recieved paid for charger
Never. Recieved the. Charger. I ordered &. Was. Charged on. My. Visa. For. Called and texted them at least 10 or 15 times never received a proper response

Ducking useless!
Ducking useless! Ordered part in January, emailed for an update in Feb and again in March - ignored on both occasions and still haven’t received the part.

Order a power adapter for a brother…
Order a power adapter for a brother pt-2200 label maker. Received product in record time, but product did not work. The adapter shows power, but would not power up the label maker. Rip-off company, not worth shipping the product back, would cost the same as the product.

Worst experience
Worst experience - pictured a power supply I needed - mailed me a different one. Wouldn't refund my money and argued with me that it would work. Amex refunded. This person is a scam dummy. Recommend to stay away.
