The first representative has to pass me off to another person, supposedly his manager. Also did not seem as knowledgeable as he could have been to assist me. The website is consisting for ordering specific sizes.

Well, Sawblade.com, we tried very, very hard to make sure I ordered the correct bandsaw guide upgrade. We chatted, looked at pictures of my saw, discussed and after at least 30 minutes, concluded which one would work. I received it today, completed disassembled my OEM guides and saw that they were nothing alike. I noticed that Jet had old machining, not in use now, that seemed to match the Sawblade guides. But, alas, they did not as when I inserted the bottom guide it was 1/4" off center and the top guide shaft was way undersized. So for my Jet machine, you do not make a upgrade guide. But at least I got to deeply clean, replace frozen bearings, etc. in my saw!

Bob, thank you for taking the time to explain your experience with us. We understand how disappointing it is to put in the effort and not get the right fit. Although we do not currently make an upgrade guide for your Jet machine, we value your feedback and will keep it in mind for future product improvements.

Haven't gotten to use their blades. The main number on the home page said the caller wasn't available and didn't sound like a business and when I called a different number on their site which said I'd talk to a human all I heard was an infomercial and didn't get in touch with anyone. They might great blades, but if I can't get in touch with anyone to order or find out what works best for me then the site is basically worthless to me.
