I ordered 2 bandsaw blades. You guys did very well. I received one blade that I'm using right now very good product. The other blade was back ordered, and I had talked on the phone to one of your associates about the raw material needed To make my other blade is out of stock , I haven't heard from you guys since . I'm curious when that shipment could be filled. Waiting patiently. Kevin

Blades are high quality. I have tried Timberwolf and other brands and find saw blade.com blades to be the best of the ones I have tried. I have directed several people to their blades and they have told me they have same experience. Highly recommend.

The blades for my Timber King 1220 work and fit good. My only complaint is that the blades have to be turned inside out in order for the teeth to run the correct direction. This is a stiffer blade than the timber king blade and kinda hard for an old man to do by himself. Also more difficult to re-coil.

Updated to reflect current status of order: Eventually received a refund and notification that it had gone through. I will have to say that they have great communication. Lots of emails to explain things. I appreciate that they do that. Original post: I went through the ordering process thinking I would get my sawblades. I got a notice that the material to make my blades is out of stock and it could be a month before they have more. So they have my money, need to generate a refund, when this all would have been fixed if they had pulled the product from the website. The sales person tried to get me to upgrade or wait for the material. Then I get a notice that the person who does the refunds is not in the office but I'll get my refund when that person comes back.

SawBlade.com has excellent products, so I continued trying to use the account I had set up previously. After several tries, I used the chat feature. James, the representative, found my account and facilitated my order. I am 82, and this could be entirely my lack of computer skills, but your site was a challenge for me. I am very satisfied that Agent James was able to complete my requests.

I like the product, but the supplied bolts for the lower guide were too short, and were coarse threaded, not the fine threads I have on my machine. Further, there were no instructions. However, my bandsaw is a totally different tool now.

Quick resolution to my problem and great customer care.
