My experience with SelfDecode has been unparalleled! Well, I have followed the Selfdecode journey since 10years plus and now they are the best DNA 🧬 test in the world . Wow. When I resent the test , I have made a mistake by sending it via normal post and obviously they never received it . So I contacted selfdecode and promptly they send me another DNA test kit. Very efficient and fast . Now I am in waiting for my DNA test results… thank you again Selfdecode… ciao from down under

Surprisingly accurate and useful info from simple saliva test. I deducted 1 star because I did not know my result report was available to me. I receive 3 marketing emails a month from this company. Yet, they tell me that the email saying my results were ready went to spam. I think they should follow up with a text when the report is in my dashboard.. it is the main deliverable and this company should have a way to ensure it is received.
