Awesome Service with actionable recommendations to improve oneselfs health. Highly recommended if you want to look behind the curtains of your own health and beyond blood tests and everything else "normal" medicine has to offer..!

If it works, you'll find useful information. Unfortunately, very often it happens that the analysis does not work, error messages appear, you have to wait hours (which means that the DNA simply cannot be analyzed). This is very frustrating. It is often not possible to check your genes. Update: This problem occurs with selfdecode files.

Hi Michaela! I'm so sorry to hear that you have been feeling frustrated with the site. It sounds like you may have uploaded a DNA file from another service, which may be in a format that is not compatible with SelfDecode. While we can't always guarantee our site's compatibility with DNA files from other services, we do have a very talented team of experts who go above and beyond when it comes to helping customers get their files uploaded. We'd be more than happy to take a look at your file if you're seeing an error with the upload. More often than not, we are able to fix the file so that it uploads successfully. If the file is not compatible, we will offer our best advice for obtaining a file that is! We hope that you reach out to our support team at [email protected] soon, so we can help get your account working as intended, and help you find the information you're looking for!

I love what I get from this site. It was well worth paying for Lifetime as the number of reports available have sky rocketed. Customer service was very responsive to my requests, and I felt heard. The owner, Joe, seems very in touch with the patrons and accessible. I recommend it often.

Got the lifetime membership early on, using the DNA+Blood test reports to adjust my supplement regimen. Great for being able to use blood test results from other vendors, and also fast and helpful customer support!

Very responsive support team! Cassie was fantastic with a few hiccups that I had. The program and resources that SelfDecode offer is fantastic! They also bundle in SelfHacked, which is a fantastic resource for doing research. I've already recommended to multiple family members and love the features and ease of use!
