I have been a customer for almost a year now. I love using SelfDecode to dig deeper into my genes and improve my health and quality of life with all of the useful recommendations. Having labs analyzed is a huge plus! It is very user friendly and easy to understand. I've learned so much and highly recommend!

Best investment for longevity
My husband and I both bought the lifetime membership when it first became available and we couldn't be happier with self decode! Now that there's an app and a podcast it's even more helpful in our goals to live to 150 happily and healthy. We highly recommend it if you care about your life and overall health. I love the new personal supplement option. Invest in your health! You won't be disappointed.

Offensive lack of integrity for a company dealing with your most private information.
They refuse to release my raw data to me, the person who paid for it to be analyzed in the first place!
In addition, the diagnostics are laughable. Knowing as much as I do already about my health, their areas of concern were inaccurate (or even opposite in some cases) as far as I could see .

At SelfDecode, we always honor any requests for genetic or profile data to be deleted. Your subscription and account would then be deactivated and removed.
If this is something you'd like us to assist you with, please reach out to our support team so that we can confirm this is what you want to do. We will then carry out your request right away.
We are also sorry to hear that some of your results have not been resonating with you. It is worth noting that the risk scores in your reports are in no way predictive of what health conditions you will develop. The risk icon in your Health Reports tell you if you are at a higher or lower risk compared to other people, and they are solely based on genetics.
Because there are other variables that will influence the emergence of certain conditions, or prevent others from developing, genes alone are not enough to diagnose a condition or predict the future. Many people are at high risk for diseases and conditions they never get, and vice versa.
There are other factors, including lifestyle, environment, and overall health, that play an important role in determining how your genetic risks manifest in your life. Genetics is just one piece of the puzzle.
This is where the beauty of SelfDecode begins. By understanding what genetic conditions you are most at risk for and why you are at risk for them, you are able to take your destiny into your own hands by modifying your diet, lifestyle, and supplement action plan to avert the expression of such genes.

What I like the most about SelfDecode is that it has several medical facets integrated. From uploading analytics to managing your genetic profile.
It also allows you to view the information in an intuitive and integrated way.
In addition to all this, their attention to the user is incredible.
