Starting the claim went pretty great!! The process was smooth and simple from start to finish. Had no difficulties with choosing and scheduling an appointment with the nearest location, and the experience with the technician was super great as well!! They called to confirm the appointment and once there, easy to check in my device, the technician let me know the estimated time and pickup went smoothly as well!

I had a very quick response
I had a very quick response. The replacement arrived in 2 days, even after a notice saying the replacement was out of stock. I truly appreciate the effort and expedient resolve of my issue.
