Excellent and fast service. Used this location for service several times and usually a 2hr turnaround time. I like that the centre contacts you prior to appointment to verify all issues and if parts are available BEFORE you make the trip to the repair centre.

I received my device after weeks of tring to resolve my issues, which was i just need to pay the deductible which was very difficult! Called multiple times and got hung up on to pay the deductible. After finally paying the deductible and receiving my replacement phone. I get a letter from them stating my Samsung Care plus will be canceled and I cannot purchase phones from them now or the future. I still have one year on my policy to lost, stolen and repairs which i payed up front. Letter stated Samsung Care is closing this account. Not no refund for the year left i have on the account. This became a terrible company to use or purchase any insurance which is Samsung.

Buyer Beware: Protect Yourself at All Costs. Always take time-stamped photos and videos of your items before sending them for replacement—this is non-negotiable. We sent in a phone that had been in a MIL-SPEC OtterBox case from day one, showing absolutely no damage on the outside. Yet, after developing an intermittent green line, we returned it for a replacement. Weeks later, after they received the phone, they locked the replacement and falsely claimed the phone we sent had a cracked screen and scratches on the camera. To make matters worse, they are now forcing us to pay $99 to unlock the phone—a blatant attempt to scam us. Regrettably, we didn't take proof photos, as we never imagined a business would sink to this level of dishonesty. We have now escalated the issue to the Samsung CEO’s office, as it seems this is a repeated problem impacting other customers. Update! We did not get any further help. Called a few times but kept being put on hold with no resolution. Each time, we would be advised some one would reach to us with a resolution but no one did. To keep our sanity we decided to pay $99 to get the phone unlocked. The reply below is misleading

Servify, as an entity, is not entirely to blame for my horrible experience with my now 5th flip device. The problem lies within the countless loopholes and hoops customers have to jump through first before getting any resolution. I was forced to follow protocols that were not only inconvenient, but made my already damaged phone even more unusable during the days long procedures it took to get a replacement. It is unfathomable that a multi billion dollar corporation, such as Samsung wouldn't safeguard against black screen issues such that customers could get next day replacements. This is especially true for those using their devices for business, much less emergencies. I had a defective phone without any trauma to it, which proceeded to worsen over days and days of jumping through an array of hoops, having to borrow friends' phones and even using work landline phones just to get any resolution. Servify can only do so much before recommending to Samsung that indeed the device needed to be replaced... which of course cost me another 99.00, when my device was only 4 months old at the time. Maybe ask yourself, how does a customer actually use a phone without a working display and a completely black screen?? Answer: you don't! You rely on the mercy of friends and have to inconvenience everyone else before receiving a new device. It's maddening.

Made a claim to repair my Samsung cell phone screen online. It was quick and easy. Had an appointment confirmed at a U Break I Fix service center close to my home for the next day. The service center was great! They were professional and nice. My phone was repaired within two hours and it looks perfect!
