Anfang: 12 10 2023 Dienstleistung abgeschlossen 06 12 2023 Die bearbeitung dauerte ewig bei denen. Ohne nachfragen würde ich nicht mal jetzt handy haben? Die haben alles gemacht dem Fall zu verzögern, alle 2 wochen konnten die nur einen e-mail zusammenbringen, schrieben. Unnötige Dokumente haben sie ferlangt. Sachbearbeiter getauscht 2 mal. Samsung.at hat die Versicherung geschenkt bei kauf, Ich würde nie ein versicherung bei denen kufen Keine danke an: Groot und Dilber von denen.

The process was very fast and easy!
The process was very fast and easy. When I called in, there was barely any wait time. I got the order number I needed to complete my warranty fix to the store and it was transferred while I was still on the phone with the technician. Great service!
