Bad experience - so much delay in service. I sent my samsung tab for repair and due to their worst and useless process it took 2 days to pickup from my address and another 2 days to deliver to Samsung service center "QDigi Services Raj Nagar, Ghaziabad". The Tab has been repaired on Monday i.e. on 16th May 2022 but still I am waiting for the delivery. Servify guy did not pick the Tab from the service center and deliver to my address. The servify guy (don't know his name) mobile number - 8130510203. Samsung service center is saying that no one came here from Servify to pick the Tab. And Servify guy is saying, they did not get pick up request. As a customer, I should not to bother about the process. This should be smooth from both sides, Samsung Service Center and Servify. Finally, I got my Tab today after so much follow up with Samsung Service Center and esclating the issue. Few feedback to Servify team :- 1. Please improve customer care contact. It's quite pathetic. I could log my issue after waiting more than 20mins. 2. Please make the process smooth. I had to call multiple times to Samsung Service Center and Servify Guy just to pick up the Tab and deliver to me. All well that ends well. Thanks to Servify Team who took care my case and resolved in short time period after esclation. Hope for smooth process in future.

I sent my mobile for repair and due to their pathetic and useless process it took 3 days to pick up and they have only one service center in entire Mumbai, thane, Navi Mumbai and I think overall Maharashtra and they took 2 days to make an estimate of cost, total 5 days wasted and after that, they said it will take 7 days to repair. total 12 days and then mobile delivery will take 2-3 days so assume 15 working days it's a horrible experience and u will get nothing and I believe it's a scam company. even after 2 months, u will get nothing

LJKAWVTAPVWX is the reference ID. My claim has reached Servify through Samsung Care Plus plan, they are verifying my documents from 5 days. I have raised a claim on 22nd March for my S22 ultra. While purchasing the Samsung Care Plan, the Samsung team told me that the care plan will be served by a very reputed company "Servify" and they are very good at their work and very fast and customer focused, but now I am so very disappointed. When the Samsung team is trying to reach them to enquire about the delay in verification, Servify is not replying to them. When I try to reach Servify team, they ask me to approach Samsung. If Servify doesn't update Samsung, what will they do? Either Samsung should change the vendor or Servify should improve, otherwise we (customers) will have to suffer. It's a lesson for everyone to learn from me. Now what am I supposed to do? I'm really upset after paying 10k for the plan and 1.25 lakhs for my phone, I am not getting any satisfactory response either from Samsung or Servify

Extremely fast and great service. Got the best deal possible. Would definitely recommend to others

Service takes way too long and there is no actual communication in the meantime. I filed a report and over a week later there is zero update. I just get automated emails saying "sorry for the delay, we are checking the request with the internal team".

I purchased a Norton device protection plan which is managed by Servify. The app promises an easy upload process and quick reimbursement. Today is week 3. After dozens of calls and emails the claim is yet to be settled...I would not recommend neither one (norton device care or servify). Some credit cards have the screen protection plan included in their benefits.
