I like the range of titles and the sheet music is good quality. I have had issues after purchase where I found out that the pdf I had paid for was missing bars or pages. The pass subscription is annoying, It's a lot of money for a "discount". Considering the fact that, even as a music teacher, I am only paying for a few pieces of music every term, the subscription is not worth it. Last month I was given the Pass subscription for free for the month, they said that I would receive an email before the subscription renewed. I received no such email, and have been charged, which completely nullified the discount I had received last month. Overall the quality of the sheet music is good, but not worth the cost and the subscription is far too overpriced to be worth the small discount on pdfs. I find the lack of follow up email before renewal, to be deceptive, as the promise of one was the only reason I felt comfortable signing up. To be clear, I had the pass subscription for 3 years straight. When I say It's overpriced, I am talking from professional experience.

I have been a happy, frequent buying customer of Sheet Music Direct for a long time, but I have completely lost all confidence in this company. I recently made a standard purchase, only to discover later that I had been automatically enrolled into a recurring $9.99/month PASS subscription that I never asked for or authorized. To make matters worse, their system active blocks you from deleting your own credit card details off your account while the unwanted subscription is running. It is incredibly disappointing to see a business I previously enjoyed using resort to sneaky auto-enrollment tactics and restrictive account controls. I will not be buying from them again unless this issue is resolved and refunded.

abonnement caché après avoir acheté une partition. Il me débite en toute impunité depuis 2 mois un montant d'env. 10 Euros. Après vérification, je ne me suis jamais abonné et sur "mon compte client" il n y a pas de possibilité de voir où se trouve ce fameux abonnement caché. Des escrocs ! Résultat, j'ai supprimé ma carte bancaire. Pfff.. Un conseil, à éviter à tout pris.

Je choisis ma partition, sans option PASS ; renseigne mon !moyen de paiement, mais onglet pour finaliser la commande introuvable....Comment établir le contact sur le site pour signaler le problème ? Onglet intyrouvable... Donc, je n'ai pas pu télécharger..

Be very careful when you use this. They will automatically enroll you in a subscription at $9.99 a month whether you use the service or not.

I bought a single piece of sheetmusic for £2.99. Then a month later I was billed through paypal £9.99 for PASS. I do not remember signing up for PASS. I do not remember getting a reminder that the trial period for PASS was about to expire. When I tried to cancel the subscription, the option was buried in a menu, and the button to cancel the subscription did not work. I am still unable to cancel this subscription that I never wanted, never needed, and never intentionally signed up to. I feel ripped off, because I have been ripped off. What an appalling way for a company to behave.

Fantastic array of music to select from especially when we are producing a pantomime where many different genres are required. Website really easy to use, I did have an issue when I downloaded all my purchases as one PDF ( It could have been me!) I contacted their help team and received great service back. Highly recommend this compnay

I was somehow enrolled in a recurring monthly charge after ordering a song that cost $3.71. Customer service is a black hole. I can't even access the account and my last resort was to have the credit card company try to resolve this disputed charge. I finally received a reply from the company that there was a turn-on, turn/off button that allegedly triggered these charges. The company has refunded these charges, but it cost me quite a bit of time to rectify. BUYER BEWARE.
