Fast shipping unfortunately the shoes didn't not fit. I Tried returning through the website but none of there links would send me to a return label. I tried calling went to voicemail and the mailbox was full so couldn't leave a message. I finally got through on an email and they promptly emailed me a return label. They definitely need to do some upgrade work on the website.

The shipping was quick the price was right but I’m not convinced that these are real because of the nubuck quality i ordered 2 other pair of timberlands from well know stores around the same time and the quality definitely seems off with the ones I bought from here honest review

Shipping took a bit longer than I expected.

Shoes were a great price after discount and are of the highest quality. Exchanges were offered but got rejected after trying 3 times (I assumed it was user error). Return was a bit of a hassle.

Well.... Little communication on when Item shipped. Wrong color description of shoes on site vs. Picture. Sent e mail and got a response 3 days later. Sent e mail 2x to ask about the shipping. Finally got an answer.

While they are cool boots, just seems like they are old, weathered, been on a shelf for a long time. Hoping I can use conditioner and it will revive the leather.

I ordered my sandals on Sunday online and it said 24 hour processing time. I had to email on Thursday to find out the status of my order, 4 days later, was not happy about it at all. I also see that I received a USPS alert that they have been checked into the mail but will not be receiving them for another 4-5 days. Very disappointed. Will be using another company from not on to order all of my oulaki sandals.

The shoes were in great condition, wrapped nicely. But this is a gift and the box was beyond beaten. All of the corners were broken and the box looked crushed, dirty and old.Fast shipping. Overall, pleased.
