Last Tuesday, Nov. 11, I searched and ordered online for a kitchen wall oven for sale to replace our broken oven. Out of all sellers that I saw online, the Shop Appliances caught my attention because of their early delivery schedule which is Nov. 12 - 14. The oven had been delivered today, Nov. 13, in good condition, by their nice staff. Overall rating is 5 stars. Highly recommend.

Ordered a wall over/microwave combo unit. The unit I ordered was delayed many times as it was a special order. To me customer service and support in this situation is paramount. I ended up getting a different unit and not only did they match the price of the oven that I initially ordered but through in an air fryer tray at no charge. Joseph and Bill did the best they could in this situation, and I appreciate that more than getting the original oven.

I needed a new outdoor icemaker. Searched websites that reviewed appliances. Decided to stay with a Kitchenaid, good rating and a match to the size I need to fit into a cabinet. I searched appliance websites looking for a good price, delivery and set up. Costco, Home Depot and Lowe’s either didn’t have the model I wanted or did not deliver, set up the new one and take the old one away. Shop Appliance had everything and did everything. Even though it was a NY store and I’m in South Carolina, I decided to call them. I got Natasha on the line. I could tell right away she knew what she was doing. Great personality, can do attitude and very accommodating. The transaction was done very quickly and accurately. The shipping company was a little slower delivering the ice maker than originally stated. The two young men who delivered it were very careful and polite, but probably never set up one of these before. They didn’t align a drain hose to drain opening and later that day I had water pouring out from under the outdoor kitchen cabinet. I call Natasha and told her I had some great guys who could ser it up right. I asked for a $59 refund for the installation portion of the bill. She issued it immediately. Great service!!! I would definitely call Natasha the next time I need an new appliance. Ask for Natasha. She’s terrific.
