Slumber CloudReviews of slumbercloud.com

The topper made a tremendous difference. I was skeptical, but the money back guarantee was the reason I ordered it. I'm glad I did. The technology is providing a cool and comfortable night. I highly recommend this product!

Purchased based on provided infoation. Very good prodict so far.

My husband sleeps very hot and I sleep very cold. Nevertheless, we both love the cooling mattress pad. My husband is no longer sweating due to our tempurpedic bed and I am warm while wearing fewer layers!

I recently purchased slumber cloud mattress pad and pillow covers. I had extremely high hopes that it would keep me cool all night. When I first get into bed it is chilly but at some point in the night I have to shift positions to find another cool spot, much like my old mattress pad. Same with the pillow covers, I have to flip my pillow in the night to find a cool spot. I will probably keep it because it is well constructed and the cost of a new mattress pad is about the same. Customer service was great and they gave me a 15% discount.

This is the best product for a bed that I have EVER used! I have suffered with being way too warm ever since I started menopause! First was the night sweats now the almost always cold person I used to be, I am now mostly warm. My ceiling fan runs 24/7/365 because of this! Sleeping a full night without waking up hot, throwing the covers off only to be chilled a few minutes later. This went on for over 5 years. Now with my new outlast mattress pad I am sleeping so much better! I recommend this for anyone experiencing this. My husband isn't as cold as he used to get when I had to turn the ceiling fan on medium or even high! Thank you for making this fabulous bedding product! I also purchase the pillow covers and my pillow isn't mak me hot any longer. I used to turn it over several times a night, I no longer have to do that!

The reason I made my purchase is because I was looking for something that would help me sleep better. I suffer with hot flashes and night sweats. I researched all the bedding possibilities and determined that something using the Outlast technology would be my best option. The next step was to find a place to purchase the bedding from and that is how I came across Slumber Cloud. After more research it was apparent that the Slumbet Cloud had the best prices and offered a package that had everything I was looking for. I decided to take the chance and placed my order for the all inclusive king size set based on the fact that there is a money back guarantee and I liked the fact that I saw responses to comments left by previous customers. I received my order very quickly, I had everything within a week. It was exactly what I had ordered. I washed everything according to the directions, it all came out very well. I am very impressed with the quality. The materials are soft, have a luxurious feel and all the seams are finished off in a very professional manner (no snags or loose threads). I was very excited to try my new bedding, and I was not disappointed. Starting the first night I found that I slept longer and much more comfortably than I have in a very long time. I have not been too hot or too cold. I still experience the hot flashes, but the bedding has helped tremendously in reducing the effect they have on me while I sleep. I did have one minor problem with my order. I ordered the medium density pillow with my set. I found that it was just too hard for me so I called customer service in the hopes of exchanging it for the soft density pillow. I had the pleasure of speaking with Heather. I explained my problem and without hesitation she placed the order for a new soft pillow (without any cost to me) and told me to keep the medium pillow as well. I never expected such an easy, accommodating customer service experience and was overjoyed that I did. Bottom line: customer service is fantastic, product quality is fantastic, product works as claimed, the price is great (you can even get a 10% off coupon for your first order), guarantee is fantastic! I would highly recommend Slumbet Cloud to friends, family and anyone looking to have a more comfortable night's sleep.

I have a temperpedic bed and since we put this mattress cover on, we've slept better and we're not waking up in a sweat. Totally worth every penny in just the first week.

The website was easy to navigate and compare products. The customer service was very helpful as well. We are very much enjoying our new mattress pad and plan to purchase pillows in the future.
